Abstract

Background. The current system of teachers training needs improvement. The Conception offers a solution to this problem. The aim of this work is to analyze the provisions of the conception.
Materials and methods. Realization of the research tasks was achived through the use ofthe text of the document under discussion and the works by K. D. Ushinsky, M. V. Lomonosov, F. M. Dostoevsky. The methodological base included the following methods: abstraction and concreteness, induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis.
Results. The author carried out the analysis of the Conception of teachers training: introduction of bachelors training with the prevailing practical component; teacher training of students of the nonpedagogical profile; extension and improvement of teaching practice through development of school-University partnerships; increased synergy between the special, psycho-pedagogical and informational-technical components of the educational content.
Conclusions. The Conception needs to be further improved and discussed. It is necessary to strengthen the psychological-pedagogic preparation of students.
